Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Luh Labs LLC, doing business as luh calm(“we”, “us”). By using luhcalm.fit or placing an order you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be 18or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order or agree to these terms for you. We ship within the United States only.

Orders, pre-orders, and shipping

Pre-orders

• Drop 001 pieces are sold as pre-orders: they're made after the pre-order window closes. Your card is charged in full when you check out.
• Pre-orders close Fri, Oct 9, 11:59 PM CDT, or earlier for a style once its production run sells out.
• We estimate orders will ship late November / early December 2026. That's an estimate, not a guarantee, but we only give dates we have a reasonable basis to expect.
• If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before it passes with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we'll refund you within 7 days.

Limited runs

When we say a style is limited to a set number of units, we won't make more of that run. If more orders are accepted than we can fill (for example, two people buy the last unit at the same moment), we'll cancel and fully refund the later order.

Prices and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax and shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with a wrong description because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we'll tell you why.

Shipping

• We email tracking when your order ships. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us quickly if it's wrong.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

• Before the pre-order window closes: you can cancel for any reason for a full refund. Email us with your order number.
• After it closes:production has started on your piece, so orders can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind or size, except as described above for shipping delays. Please check the size guide before you order.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: tell us within 14days of delivery, with photos, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it, including return shipping.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Product details

We try to show colors, measurements, and materials accurately. Pre-order pieces are shown using renders and samples, so the finished product may vary slightly in color and measurements, within normal production tolerances. Cut-and-sew garments can vary by a small amount from the size guide.

VIP access and passkeys

Early-access passkeys are personal and can be revoked. Orders placed through early access are subject to these same terms.

Using the site

• Don't misuse the site: no scraping, bots, reselling automation, attacks, or attempts to bypass limits.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms, with a full refund.
• Everything on the site (designs, logos, graphics, photos, the 3D closet, and code) belongs to us or our licensors. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reproduce our designs or branding.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem directly. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible; otherwise, disputes will be handled by the state courts located in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, or the federal court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. If you live outside the U.S., you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
